Simple, again, can be the best. Typical dipping #fresh lightly seasoned chicken in seasoned flour, beaten eggs, back in seasoned flour, into heated fry pan with inch or 2 of oil. About 3 minutes each side med-high heat. Drain. Corn, I usually do on grill but this time inside/water.
