I know I’ve posted this before but under a different title & by memory. This is to give credit to the family member who got us all “into” it to begin with. Thank you Carol. It only took one time for all of us to remember it and start making it ourselves. Me, my mother, my sister and my friend Lynnette have made it ever since.

Sometimes I make my own seasonings with cumin, Mexican oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Pinch of cayenne, salt & pepper. And sometimes I use a packet of taco seasoning.  I’ve even done both. My family likes it spicy.
