PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Good ol’ peanut butter cookies…a classic & around all this time for good reason ♡ Both EASY & TASTY!
You know by now, after my chocolate chip cookies, that I like cookies thin and crispy; I believe that’s all in the BUTTER. Also how long you bake them. Ones not left in as long are chewy; in longer CRUNCHY 😉 these cookies are really good!
😉 ➺ you can go with the old fashion/old school ‘shortening’ instead of butter 💓
It’s from the truly good and trusted source of Fanny Farmer. Her cookbook has been around longer than me; with well known, well used & very reliable recipes. Still available online.
