Does anyone else buy big rolls of butter and cut them to individual servings size to stock freezer? I don’t want to run out of butter….ever

I’ve read all about it. Don’t care about the details; with a family all back together…I can’t afford the imported stuff from Finland or wherever. Just sayin ♡



I wrap individually with parchment paper then freeze all together; making it easy to break off one ‘stick’ at a time.

I don’t usually use foil, but…well…”make it work”
