Sheet Pan Beer Brats with Peppers and Onions

EASY!

Line sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Toss peppers and onions in olive oil and season. Actually I sprinkled the seasoning over entire pan. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, seasoned salt (like Lawry’s), and Italian seasoning.

Put in 400° oven, after 30 minutes I turned brats over, returned to oven for additional 15/20 minutes; when thermometer reads 160°. PERFECT, juicy, tasty and didn’t even split open. Why I haven’t I been doing this all my life? Here’s a new regular.

I had all these good mustard choices and STILL used Sweet Baby Ray’s 😀
