I know…chicken again?! Well, I had to use rest of chicken from using only half on previous recipe.

After, I removed chicken to platter & wisked in tbs cornstarch (slurry) to make sauce/gravy (although i usually use flour/roux), also adding a cup of chicken stock. Sweet
