Living in Arizona, I get to enjoy a diverse culture, from all the Latin and MANY other influences here. Every winter I have an abundance of citrus in the trees…calling my name! My family enjoys these flavors, I hope you do also.
I’d like to claim the recipe for this perfect balance of mango and chipotle also, but I can’t. If I can’t make it better myself, then I don’t.
And Goya for this awesome seasoning with bitter orange
along with the real deal.
I forget to mention my oranges are seedless!
But I know we (you and I) could do a similar tasting version if these products aren’t available.
I simply haven’t because I haven’t had to. 😀

psssst….only reason I toss in duplicate photos is because i haven’t figured out how to choose which one will be the thumbnail that represents post! So until then, this gives me better odds, lol.

I’m going to leave out the yogurt with this particular marinade combination from now on. It does absolutely make chicken more juicy. BUT I love the big flavors from Cuban Mojo. And there’s a reason for it’s popularity & longevity. Just sayin. If you’re more into it holding moisture, add the yogurt. MAYBE I’ll try one more time JUST to see if I really double up on all the other flavors….I might still get the best of both.
