Pork-Sweet Potato-Collard Green Hash
I stumbled into my very own episode of Chopped tonight, minus the pressure of the clock. And judges. And a cash prize. But otherwise, it was Chopped and I won!
I had collard greens and sweet potatoes left over from my last Palmetto Organics delivery and some ground pork in the freezer. So I just sort of combined it all with a few of my favorite flavors: chipotle chile powder, garlic and onion.
I don’t mean to brag, but this hash-kinda-thing turned out so awesome, I feel like I just split an atom or something. Let’s be honest, FoodILove.me is a collection of my favorite recipes with a few tweaks here or there. But this is MINE, baby, ALL MINE.
