Easy Delicious Beer Brats with Peppers and Onions
Beer Brats, multi-colored bell peppers, red onion, yellow onion (optional), evoo to drizzle over vegetables along with S & P; all on one pan lined with parchment paper, in 425° oven for 35 to 40 minutes. I set timer on 30 minutes, checked and left in for additional 10 minutes. Turned out perfectly snappy on outside and juicy on inside 😜; vegetables were right on the money too! Few of charred edges but mostly soft and sweet. Served on some bomb authentic French brioche buns, split on top. 😍 YES, that is going on a more regular rotation in our house! 😋🐖 A bite into this is a flavor blast going off in your mouth! SWEET ♡
