Campanelle Bolognese
I used same bolognese as a previous post ↷
➺ Spaghetti and Meat Sauce Reloaded
but this time I made it with campanelle, which was a great choice! It holds the sauce. Scrumptious!
along with a fresh mixed green simple salad. I don’t need to say parm! That’s a given.
Also used a Creamy Italian Vinaigrette
– from Dinner then Dessert
Looks wonderful! I love a meal like this in the winter!

me too! ♡ cold here means in the 50°’s…but that’s COLD to us. We have to remind ourselves to be grateful because the 100°’s will be back soon enough!

It is all relative. For me cold is single digits. But I can understand that 50 degrees is cold for you. 100 degrees would be hot!! 85 can be fairly hot for us!
