Loaded Shredded Chicken Nachos
I just went by the timing and temperature of previous post of Pulled Pork Nachos , but switched it up to shredded chicken, that I made in slow cooker first. I started that earlier in the day…adding A LOT of seasoning. Making #shreddedchicken(or “pulled chicken”) for #chicken nachos, in #slowcooker / #crockpot, with 3 large chicken breasts, #flavor with less than 2 cups chicken stock, garlic, onion, #BetterThanBouillon, cumin, oregano, s&p, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, a bold & savory poultry spice mix, touch of crushed tomatoes, Hatch green chilies & #guajillochile . I know that chicken will be good because the broth already is! #guajillochilipods. For topping I used 3 different cheeses (Colby Jack, sharp cheddar & Mexican blend), dollops of refried beans, diced onions, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded chicken – we had jalapeno salsa so I didn’t add more. Am I forgetting anything? 😆 Topping off with cilantro and sour cream for serving. Obviously these are very versatile; add your favorite toppings. 🥰
