I kind of went off that recipe, Emeril’s version, and what “I” like, but with ground beef instead of sausage; that’s what I had 😉 🐮 🐃 also red and orange peppers instead of green…for same reason.

– adapted from Erren’s Kitchen; I just changed up the seasonings a little. I know it seems like the simplest thing to make, but…I had to get timing down in order to have them done at the same time as other food. Well…i got that down 😉 🍟
And the smoked sausage is simple grilling, that can be topped with your favorite condiments; or even chili (or my leftover sloppy Joe mix). I went with my favorites,Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce and Ken’s Foods Honey Mustard for dipping; such decisions!
