Harissa Chicken Tacos

SLOW COOKER DIRECTIONS:

Season the chicken with the cumin, garlic powder, pinch of salt, and pepper.

Place chicken in a slow cooker, pour the harissa over the chicken, and cover. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW 4 hours.

Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
I used 2 chicken breasts & 2 thighs. I put all ingredients in slow cooker for 4 hours, shredded, ➡️ then (optional), I finished chicken off in hot cast iron skillet. This will also reduce and concentrate those flavors, which is always a good thing.
