Fried Cabbage w/Kielbasa

Or sausage (like Andouille), BACON 😁

Recipe ➡️ (video at link) I follow is, like a LOT of his recipes, Phillyboyjaycooking, but on this day I switched out bacon for kielbasa and andouilli sausage. Obviously my daughter REALLY loves that because she bought 3 of them just for this dish 🤭🥰😁🐖

Ingredients and instructions in video. Basically saute diced onion, red & green peppers, the sausage (if using bacon, do that first & set aside), add chopped cabbage, and a cup of water, I used vegetable broth with Better than Bouillon and about a tbs of Knorr’s Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavoring 😉 just because I like it and it sounded good to me. Continue to fry cabbage (adding bacon back, if using) until desired doneness.

I always have reserved bacon fat 😉🥓
