THAT is what life is all about for me ♥
Giving is receiving –
#confession – something no1 knows about me. This is my favorite prayer ♥
“May it be, oh Lord, That I seek not so much to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love. Because it is in giving oneself that one receives; it is in forgetting oneself that one is found; it is in pardoning that one obtains pardon.”
— St. Francis of Assisi
~ And the one used at my husband’s funeral home service. Thank God for his brother Bob, because I was too much of a mess to handle it. We lost a GOOD man that day (& husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin & friend).
And….is it just me or do they share a resemblance?
Here is a link to a highly recommended blog post. AWESOME ♥
just sayin ♡
This is a rough draft;; my thoughts, ideas, opinions, theories & philosophical views.
I have a lot of photos to add. Quotes and/or prayers I choose to post here…are not simply tossed in because it sounds good, or for what any1 else thinks, or light heartedly. No, they’re words I feel strongly about. Very much so…strongly, firmly and honestly.

When you learn, teach. When you get, give.
– Maya Angelo
