Of course you can use preferences, such as corned beef (yumm, my favorite but my son brought me some deli pastrami), Russian dressing or Thousand Island, etc..
Oven on high (375º -425º)
parchment paper on baking sheet will help you with clean up…big time.
lay muffins out on baking sheet, put dressing on muffins, on bottom side of each muffin a couple/3 slices of pastrami (this sandwich does better with less) and swiss cheese.
I heat sauerkraut seperate and put it on sandwich when its done. I don’t have am answer for that except it’s what I grew up with…never changed it.
