Minus the tomatoes on mine.
And I used wonton wrappers, that I cut in circles with large biscuit cutter, for my roti.
I made the chana masala
Then I quickly fried wontons, folding them in shape of little taco shells.
I put chana masala, mint cilantro chutney and a yogurt dtessing on top.
I LOVED THEM. Great snack, appetizer or for me…a meal.
I grilled chicken to go with it. Chicken with same spices as used on chicken tandoori.
