Another yummy recipe from the Queen Creek Olive Mill
INGREDIENTS:
Four 6 ounce filets of salmon
1 teaspoon Queen Creek Olive Mill Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
sea salt
fresh ground pepper
4 ounces Queen Creek Olive Mill Bourbon Mustard BBQ Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
A simple grilled dish with hints of lemon, bourbon and mustard.Turn your grill on high until very hot. Brush salmon fillets with Delicate Olive Oil then season with lemon zest, salt and pepper. Turn down the grill to medium. Place the salmon filets on the grill and cook 4 minutes on each side. Brush on Bourbon Mustard BBQ Sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes on each side.
Beer Pairing: Pale Ale
