This time I made pan fried chicken, greens and sweet potatoes.
Food I LOVE!I made a mess too. BUT…I have a good plan for that 😉
I’m currently looking at new houses AND I bought one of those portable induction cooktops. Well…when I get into new house I am setting up a cooking station (next to grill) where I will do dishes that are messy 😀 I so look forward to that!

Details for those who need measurements, etc., 😀

Ingredients ~
3 lb whole chicken (1 good size chicken)
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil (48 ounce bottle)
Preparation:
1. wash the chicken, and then cut it into pieces.A whole chicken has (10) pieces, after you cut it up into these pieces below;
2 Wings
2 Drum Sticks
2 Thighs
2 Back
2 Breasts
2. Combine the salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and flour in a plastic bag or big bowl.
3 Put ¼ inch of vegetable oil into frying pan, dutch oven or most ideal…cast iron skillet (aah mine’s not unpacked…yet!) and heat it up.
4 Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture; make sure the chicken cover real well with the flour mixture.
