*ingredients can obviously vary according to favorites and/or what is in pantry, etc.. like even here, I didn’t have the kind of cheese I’d buy for this but I did have shredded cheddar. And sometimes, if in the mood, I make, homemade catalina dressing but I’m sure not against easier delicious Kraft Catalina 😀
**I make enough “Taco meat” & chopped, sliced & diced ingredients that I can eat it all week simply reheating the meat. And I do.
***I also do not mix the Catalina into meat. Some of my family prefers hot good salsa. We lay it out buffet style & everyone makes their own. Like when I add mango salsa & call mine a Caribbean Taco Salad 😀
****and check out #tacosalad for a picnic at bottom 😀

I use ground beef ;-) and I like iceberg lettuce for tacos or taco salad…it’s refreshing.

I eat way too much #TacoSalad!
But…once I make a big skillet of the meat (seasoned with #TacoSeasoning, not #chilipowder for us. Then it’s too easy to make a bowl every night by simply heating the meat mixture up & throwing it together.
#confession – I can eat the same thing every night for a week (or more) when it’s something I REALLY like. Tacos, burgers…fried chicken 😉 ♡
