The only place to buy spices in my opinion. Amazing spices. I can’t use any cinnamon except their Vietnamese Cinnamon. Such a flavor burst! I use to think “How big of a deal can a spice store be?” Then I came to Penzys… And now I understand. The quality is unbelievable, everything has such incredible loud flavor for whatever it’s supposed to be. Every item is available to smell or taste in the store. When you read about the lengths they go to to source spices and keep them fresh, they’re kind of insane. And I’m great with that. I cook a lot & I like really flavorful dishes, so I can’t bring myself to buy spices anywhere else now!

On with recipe

Ingredients for 4 servings
6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1 scallion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl. That’s it. Can be made in advance and chilled up to 24 hours.

You know…my hand food processor from 20 years ago is the only thing I use it for…chopping eggs; it’s just so perfect.
