Fruity Yogurt Smoothies
I’ve been so into plain yogurt smoothies, like mango lassi, that I’ve been just winging it with new options…depending on what I have. In this case I had…
- Little sugar to taste
- Cran-grape juice
I used about 4 strawberries, 1 banana, half a peach, half mango, a cup of yogurt (maybe a little more 😉 ), a tbsp of sugar. Then I added enough crangrape juice to the thinness I wanted; I always end up adding more 😀 after I check thickness. It was probably almost 1 1/2 – 2 cups? It was delish. I split them with my daughter.
When I make yogurt smoothies I pretty much follow this same method, using what fruit I have, what juice or cider I have. They’re always good. Whenever I ‘have to’ use a fruit that is canned & the like…I don’t need to add sugar. At least I’m getting my fruits and yogurt ♡
