Delicious Egg-in-Hole Ham & Cheese Bake

Or as we always called it “egg in a basket” 😀

Layered toast, ham, and surrounded with an ooey gooey yummy cheddar and beer cheese sauce. I promise you’ll like it.

Here’s the ‘short’ story on this recipe. My 14 year old granddaughter memorized this (amazingly) from watching a video on Instagram. It’s in a different language so I apologize upfront. If anyone can read it or find it in English I would very much appreciate the information left in the comments. Thank you! So otherwise, it’s a helpful, awesome, delicious recipe that ( in my humble opinion) can be figured out. Because the video and pictures pretty much shows what to do and then if you find a recipe for a beer and cheddar sauce… make that and pour around the layered ham and cheese egg-in-hole topped sandwiches.

I know I’ve already said delicious twice maybe 3 times…but that it certainly is. Simple and what most love… I mean toast, ham, and cheese, eggs? Yum!

Just in case someone cannot connect to the Instagram video / recipe, at the bottom I will include a video of a similar recipe that uses a different cheese sauce or Bechamel. Easily followed and easy to change the cheese sauce.
