EXCELLENT! She’s great. Takes you though the basics, the “elements” smoothly.
Easy on the eyes too; that might seem shallow, but I believe it does play a part in what we’ll watch. Her mother is too 😉
I personally love how she is so real, so down to earth. And I can’t help but like that she doesn’t, like me, measure! 😁 It’s by TASTE, feel, smell, sight. Trial and error? 😅
I don’t advocate for Netflix…at all, however, any way that you can see the series (or documentary) it’s good. Although the book is better, I enjoy food porn and the show 😆

I always use whole pieces of mixed chicken however…this is what I had this day (make it work); so I added homemade chicken stock from my freezer to get the flavor (fat) that I would have got from the bones of chicken, along with Better than Bouillon.
