Firstly I used only green cabbage, I added Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, Knorr beef bouillon and Roasted Red Peppers via a thick “spread” salsa/relish/paste type delicious mix I got from Baiz Market, middle eastern market & restaurant across the street from me; it’s great on sandwiches and also added to recipes‼ Below is original recipe.
Snacking on freshly made #hummus (thank you #baizmarket 😉💖) w/their #EVOO, fresh #parsley (was on sale! That calls for a #Gremolata ), #pitachips & #stonefireauthenticflatbreads mini #naan 😜😁 + bc of them I’m making #oatmealdatebars! A favorite since childhood.
Now onto today’s recipe 🤭 (yesterday I made chicken shawarma with a FRESH Mediterranean Salad‼ DEELISH.)
