Pacific Cod Fillet & French Fries

Actually I made fried cabbage with ground beef, BUT my granddaughter doesn’t like cabbage so I made her fish & chips. Wrapped cod fillet in foil with lemon, butter, onion & seasonings; put in oven at 450° for 10 minutes, then raised oven rack, drained fish juices (not all kid friendly), added a layer of pulverized garlic croutons on fish, put under broiler REAL QUICK, served with air fryer french fries, extra lemon & tarter sauce. Happy family 🥰

By the way, 🤣, what one can’t see here …. is Lily’s daddy impatiently waiting to take her food to her…as I snap a pic; so yeah…no fries pictured 🤭
