Like French Onion Soup; following Epicurious recipe this time 😋

I cheated a little 🤫🤭😉 with Betted Than Bouillon and Knorr 😜

And Beef Roast with Potatoes, Carrots and Onions

The old fashioned way; low & slow in 300° oven for a couple hours with a couple cups of beef broth & seasonings, after searing good. Then adding vegetables last hour (depending on how small you cut them up) 🥕🥔🧅🧄🥩😍 then remove to platter, made a slurry to add to au jus. DELICIOUS!
