Roast Chicken Leg Quarters with Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans

Well seasoned with EVOO in oven on 300° for 40 minutes covered, put veggies in oven with chicken additional 20 – 30 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender, remove veggies & tent with foil to keep warm, then uncover chicken and up oven to 485° for additional 10 to 15 minutes, until desired crispiness. It was delicious and falling off the bone 😁 🐔 🍗 🍠 😋

I used EVOO, 2 fresh squeezed oranges, 1 lemon, Goya adobo all purpose seasoning with bitter orange, S&P, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, paprika and slices of onion.
The vegetables I tossed in EVOO, salt & pepper.
