Shawarma Seasoned Chicken with Roasted Rainbow Carrots & Fresh Salad
Oven at 400°, toss cleaned carrots with EVOO, salt & shawarma seasoning, roast for 15 minutes, then add chicken that’s been rubbed with EVOO & shawarma seasoning for additional 20-30 minutes or when internal temperature of chicken is 165°. So good! It sure smells good in the kitchen! A creamy ranch heavy with dill on salad was a great match.
