Sheet Pan Easter Dinner


Oven on 350°. Cut carrots and potatoes in size that will get done in same amount of time. I quartered Yukon gold potatoes, tossed in evoo with seasoning salt and parmesan cheese. I did same with carrots. When carrots were almost done, 20 minutes, I brushed orange marmalade on them and returned to oven. That’s when I also put sheet pan with slices of ready to eat ham on it, sprinkled with pineapple tidbits, a touch 🤏 of brown sugar, tiny dash of cinnamon and cloves 😉 for additional 10 minutes; all was done. 🥰 🐖🍍🥕🥔
