Details for those who need measurements, etc., 😀

Ingredients ~
3 lb whole chicken (1 good size chicken)
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil (48 ounce bottle)
Preparation:
1. wash the chicken, and then cut it into pieces.A whole chicken has (10) pieces, after you cut it up into these pieces below;
2 Wings
2 Drum Sticks
2 Thighs
2 Back
2 Breasts
2. Combine the salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and flour in a plastic bag or big bowl.
3 Put ¼ inch of vegetable oil into frying pan, dutch oven or most ideal…cast iron skillet (aah mine’s not unpacked…yet!) and heat it up.
4 Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture; make sure the chicken cover real well with the flour mixture.
5 Shake off the excess flour.
6 Then cook it in the oil for about 18 minutes over a moderate heat.
7 Turn the heat down to medium low, cover the skillet and simmer the chicken for about 35 minutes, letting it simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
8 Turn the chicken pieces a few times. Until golden brown and done.
Obviously, you can purchase already cut up chickens, such as, pack of thighs, or drumsticks, wings, breast, to make the prep work easy, it’s up to you whole chicken for you to cut up or the already cut up type, Dredge means mix the chicken pieces in the flour mixture making sure with your hands that they’re the raw chicken pieces are completely cover with the seasoned flour mixture.
