It’s Chorizo Flavored Chicken for Lily

Yes….I tried this when she was 3 years old and I was surprised she really liked it.
Psssst….just a heads up, in case you can’t tell; I did not feel like cooking today 😉 I had the chicken thawed out. *shrug*
There’s no recipe really. I cook Chorizo, then remove it (reheat for breakfast/brunch in the morning) leaving drippings in skillet. Then I fry chicken in those pan drippings.  Same idea that’s been around forever with other sausages and bacon drippings for cooking.
That and macaroni & cheese.
She’s satisfied 😀
