Mango Lassi

I LOVE THEM!

And ones with a twist also (more photos follow). Like when the store didn’t have ripe mangoes…I found ‘canned’ fruit (I usually prefer freezer) or ‘cups’. Ones with chia, ones mixed with peaches & some straight up mangoes, for snacking or lunches, I don’t know but they certainly work in smoothies with yogurt. DELICIOUS!

BY the way…I had to use Greek yogurt this week. It was darn ars good to me!

EASY, although when I use the fruit cup mangoes I don’t add sugar, it’s already in fruit cups and/or canned fruit.  Indian/Pakistani homemade yogurt is thinner so when I use thicker yogurt I add a little cream (prefer coconut cream) till desired consistency.  Like with all recipes taste and adjust to your preferences…like sweetness,  thickness etc..

That’s the last of my mangoes with chia seeds. It honestly was delicious.  BUT…I’m going to be sticking “mostly” with straight up fruit, not the snack cups. They certainly work in a pinch  😉 ➺ 💓 😆
