Sheet Pan Chicken Strips with Brussel Sprouts and Sweet Potatoes
At first I overcrowded a sheet pan. Fortunately I decided to get out a second sheet pan.
This is more of a NOTE TO SELF –
Chicken strips (seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, seasoned salt like Lawry’s, paprika), sweet potatoes cut in wedges or planks and Brussel sprouts cut in half, spread out on sheet pan, drizzle olive oil on all, season veggies. Place in 400° oven, 30 minutes or when thermometer inserted in chicken reads 160°.
Yeah..that wouldn’t have worked well
