Delicious BBQ Chicken Kabobs

THIS IS GOOD ↷

Big thumbs up.

I had 2 large chicken breasts, that I would split in half horizontally “if” I made them for a different recipe; but…with Kabobs I cut them into 1 – 2 inch cubes.

I first marinated the chicken breasts in buttermilk the night before in refrigerator; we’ve been finding chicken more tender and juicy from that so I continue; the next morning I took them out of fridge, drain them, season with smoked paprika, sweet paprika, S&P, and a touch of liquid smoke. Put them back in fridge until dinner time. That’s when I simply grill them on my indoor grill after brushing each side with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce. I don’t have a time because I use my digital thermometer, flipping them after 3 – 5 minutes and brushing on more BBQ sauce. After about 10 to 15 minutes (the chicken was loaded on those skewers!) or until thermometer reads 160° – 165°.

They turned out fantastic!
