It’s Still Hot & We Still Have to Eat

No Recipe Needed. Put chicken in slow cooker, pour bbq sauce over chicken, cover, set on low for 8-10 hrs or high for 4-6 hours. . When chicken breaks apart easy with tongs, place on platter or tray & shred with 2 forks. Put shredded chicken back in slow cooker with bbq sauce. If too dry add more sauce. Serve on favorite buns or rolls. We even eat it by itself…or as bbq chicken Quesadilla…pizza…flatbread.  I will say boneless skinless chicken breasts make the job much easier. However, when the savings are too good on ‘other’ chicken…make it work. Besides, even top chefs, bbq pit masters & smokers say the ‘other’ has better flavor & texture.
