Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

I almost had a major fail on the one above, but…caught it just in time and we liked the crispy parts of cheese! *Still creamy under that cheese.

Also, I use to use 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of chicken soup, however I just found a new product “Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup”; Campbell’s® mixes the 2, so I use 2 cans of cream of chicken and mushroom soup. And I use a cup of sour cream. I kick it up a notch with heat too; a “little” spicy .
