Same as recipe for turkey salad but using chicken and sliced seedless grapes, served on wonderful fresh croissants; so yummy!

Turkey Salad with Cranberry Relish Sandwiches – dawns-ad-lib.com®
Approximately 😉 ➣ 😆ingredients:
4 cups shredded chicken
2 stalks chopped celery
1/2 small sweet onion
1/4 – 1/2 cup of sliced grapes (to desired size; i like mine small; like each grape in 1/4’s)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Dressing:
1 1/4 cup of miracle whip or mayo (it’s hard to measure when another person is adding another ‘scoop’ while you’re running food processor ~ humor)

1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt*
1/2 tsp pepper*
*taste as you go
Directions:
Shred or chop chicken. Put in bowl. Chop celery & onions, mix into chicken along with salt & pepper.
In another bowl mix dressing, mustard, salt & pepper. Stir into chicken mix.
Add grapes, stir, taste to see if it needs more salt, dressing or grapes. I love walnuts in mine but my daughter ‘dislikes’ them very much…so small stuff (let it go) ♡
